For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, The term "we", "us", "our" used anywhere on this page shall mean celebria collective, whose registered/operational office is 02, hoodi main road, vasantha towers, krishnarajapuram Bengaluru KARNATAKA 560036 . "you", “your”, "user", “visitor” shall mean any natural or legal person who is visiting our website and/or agreed to purchase from us.

We, shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time

2. Services Offered

Celebria Collective is an intermediary platform that connects users with photographers, filmmakers, makeup artists, and fashion designers for various services. The platform allows users to book these services based on their requirements.

3. User Accounts

Account Creation: To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your account details up-to-date.
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if we suspect any violation of these terms.

4. Vendor and User Obligations

Vendors: Vendors must provide accurate information about their services, including pricing, availability, and any other relevant details. Vendors retain ownership of their content (photos, videos, etc.), but by using Celebria Collective, they grant us the right to display this content on our platform.
Users: Users must provide accurate booking information and adhere to the cancellation policy. Users agree to use the services in a lawful manner and not engage in any fraudulent activities.

5. Deliverables and Editing

Video Duration: Final wedding films – including candid, cinematic, highlight reels – will range between 1.5 to 3 minutes, depending on the content captured and the storyline. Any request for longer videos beyond the standard duration will incur additional charges.
Image & Video Selection: Clients are required to select images and footage promptly when requested. Timely delivery of final content depends on the client’s cooperation. Delays in response, approvals, or selections will result in delivery delays, for which we are not responsible.
Revisions: We offer two complimentary rounds of revisions on the final edited content. Any further revisions will be charged additionally, based on the time and complexity involved.
Raw Data:

Raw photos and videos are not included by default and must be requested in advance.
Raw data will be shared only after full payment is completed.
Requests for raw data after 30 days from final delivery may not be entertained or may attract additional charges.

Storage Duration: All project files and data will be stored for a maximum of 30 days after final delivery. Clients must download and store their content securely. Retrieval post this period is not guaranteed.

6. Booking and Payments

Payment Structure:

50% Advance: To confirm the booking and lock in the date.
50% Immediately Post-Event: This amount must be paid right after the event, before final editing and delivery begins.
Final deliverables will not be issued until full payment is received.

Escrow Process:

Celebria Collective will hold the second 50% payment in escrow until vendors have completed all deliverables.
Once all deliverables are submitted in line with client expectations, the escrow amount will be released to the vendors.
This ensures security for both the client and vendor.

Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the 50% advance and written agreement to these terms. Dates are strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.

Payments: Users must complete payments as per the booking terms. The booking will only be confirmed upon full payment. Refunds and Cancellations:

8. Content Ownership

Vendor Content: Vendors retain ownership of all photos, videos, and other content they upload. Celebria Collective does not claim ownership of this content. However, vendors grant Celebria Collective the right to use this content on the platform.
Content Removal: If you believe that your content has been used without permission, please contact us. We will take down any content upon request, provided you can prove ownership.

9. Privacy Policy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your personal information.

10. Limitation of Liability

Celebria Collective is a platform that connects users with vendors. We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of any vendor. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific service in question.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in [Your Jurisdiction]. Both parties agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and not as part of a class action.

12. Governing Law
