Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 5 October 2026.

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Celebria Collective website and the engagement of Celebria Collective for wedding planning, management, coordination, execution, services and related event requirements.

By submitting an enquiry, accepting a quotation, making a payment, or confirming a booking with Celebria Collective, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Celebria Collective

Celebria Collective provides wedding planning, management, coordination and execution services and may arrange various wedding requirements, including venue, décor, photography, catering, makeup, entertainment, hospitality, transportation, invitations, gifting, guest management and other related services.

Celebria may provide certain services directly and may also arrange services through independent vendors, venue partners, artists, professionals or other third-party service providers.

The exact scope of services applicable to a booking will be set out in the relevant quotation, proposal, booking confirmation or other written communication issued by Celebria.

2. Enquiries and Quotations

An enquiry submitted through the Celebria website does not constitute a booking.

A booking becomes confirmed only after:

  • — The scope of services has been agreed;
  • — The applicable quotation or proposal has been accepted;
  • — The required booking documentation has been completed, where applicable; and
  • — The applicable booking payment has been received by Celebria.

3. Booking and Payment

Quotations are subject to the validity period stated in the quotation. Availability of venues, vendors, artists, professionals and other services is not guaranteed until the booking has been confirmed.

The payment schedule applicable to each booking will be specified in the relevant quotation or booking confirmation. Payment schedules may vary depending on the services, event dates, scope, vendors involved and other requirements.

A booking is not considered confirmed until the required payment has been received. Payments must be made through the payment methods communicated by Celebria.

Where a booking involves third-party service providers, Celebria may collect and process payments as part of arranging and managing the booking, where applicable.

All applicable taxes, including GST, will be charged as stated in the relevant quotation or invoice.

A delay in payment may affect the ability of Celebria or its service partners to continue with the agreed scope, hold dates, procure materials or confirm third-party services.

4. Scope of Services

The exact services, inclusions, quantities, deliverables, dates and other requirements applicable to a booking will be those specifically stated in the accepted quotation, proposal, booking confirmation and/or written agreement.

Any service, element, deliverable or requirement not included in the agreed scope may be treated as an additional service and may be charged separately.

5. Changes and Additional Requirements

Wedding requirements may change after a booking is confirmed.

Requests for additional décor, changes to designs, additional services, changes in guest count, changes to timings, additional event days, additional deliverables, changes in venue requirements or any other material change to the agreed scope may result in additional charges or revised pricing.

Changes will be confirmed by Celebria in writing wherever reasonably possible before the additional work is undertaken.

6. Cancellation

Cancellation terms may vary depending on the nature of the booking and the services involved. The cancellation terms applicable to a booking will be stated in the relevant quotation, proposal, booking confirmation or agreement.

Where a booking is cancelled after confirmation, Celebria may retain or recover amounts relating to non-recoverable costs already incurred, including planning, design, material procurement, production, vendor commitments and other costs incurred specifically for the booking.

Where a specific cancellation schedule has been agreed in the booking documentation, that schedule will apply.

7. Postponement and Date Changes

Requests to postpone or change an event date are subject to availability and written confirmation from Celebria and the relevant service providers.

A postponement may result in additional costs where vendors, venues, materials, labour, travel or other commitments have already been made for the original date.

A date change is not automatically treated as a cancellation-free transfer of the booking. Any revised commercial terms will be communicated before the new date is confirmed.

8. Venue and Third-Party Services

Where Celebria arranges a venue or another third-party service provider, the relevant service may be supplied by that venue or service provider rather than directly by Celebria.

Venue policies, permissions, operating restrictions, capacity limits, timings and other venue-specific requirements may apply. Third-party service providers may also have their own operational requirements and limitations.

Celebria will coordinate with relevant parties as part of the agreed scope. Matters that are solely within the control of a venue or third-party provider remain subject to their applicable policies and commitments.

9. Décor and Design

Décor is subject to the agreed design, dimensions, materials, venue conditions, availability and operational feasibility.

Fresh flowers and other naturally sourced materials may vary in colour, size, shape and seasonal availability.

Where a particular material or flower is unavailable, Celebria may use an equivalent alternative while maintaining the overall design intent, where reasonably necessary.

Décor setup is subject to venue permissions and operational feasibility.

10. Materials and Rentals

Unless specifically agreed otherwise, décor elements, structures, furniture, props, floral installations and other physical materials supplied by Celebria may be provided on a rental or event-use basis.

Such materials do not become the property of the client after the event unless expressly agreed in writing.

11. Photography, Videography and Creative Services

For photography, videography and other creative services, deliverables will be those specifically agreed in the relevant quotation or booking confirmation.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the agreed scope and deliverables.

Where a service is performed by an independent professional engaged through Celebria, Celebria will coordinate the service within the agreed scope.

12. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide Celebria with accurate and timely information required to plan and execute the wedding. This may include:

  • — Event dates;
  • — Function details;
  • — Guest numbers;
  • — Venue information;
  • — Timings;
  • — Design requirements;
  • — Service requirements;
  • — Approvals;
  • — Access requirements;
  • — Permissions; and
  • — Other information reasonably required for execution.

13. Venue Permissions and Access

The client is responsible for ensuring that Celebria and its appointed service providers are permitted to carry out the agreed work at the venue.

Where permissions, access, timings, power supply, loading and unloading access, setup windows or other venue requirements affect execution, Celebria will work within those restrictions.

Additional costs arising from venue-specific requirements or changes may be charged separately where applicable.

14. Event-Day Timings

Setup, dismantling, service timings and access windows will be coordinated based on the agreed event schedule and venue permissions.

Changes requested on or immediately before the event may not always be operationally possible and may result in additional charges.

15. Force Majeure

Celebria will not be responsible for failure or delay in performing obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. This may include:

  • — Natural disasters;
  • — Extreme or sudden adverse weather;
  • — Fire;
  • — Flood;
  • — War;
  • — Terrorism;
  • — Strikes;
  • — Lockdowns;
  • — Government restrictions;
  • — Venue closure or restrictions;
  • — Actions or failures of third parties; or
  • — Other circumstances beyond Celebria's reasonable control.

16. Substitution and Availability

Where a particular professional, material, flower, artist, vendor or other element becomes unavailable for reasons outside Celebria's reasonable control, Celebria may propose a suitable alternative.

Any material change to the agreed scope will be communicated to the client wherever reasonably practicable.

17. Client Approvals

Where designs, quotations, schedules, menus, deliverables or other materials require client approval, the client is responsible for reviewing and approving them within the required timeframe.

Once an item has been approved, subsequent changes may result in additional costs or changes to timelines.

18. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, materials, designs, concepts, layouts and creative work developed by Celebria as part of its services remain subject to Celebria's intellectual property rights.

Client-owned materials remain the property of the client.

Where third-party intellectual property is involved, the relevant third party's rights will continue to apply.

19. Photography and Marketing Use

Where permitted under the applicable booking and service arrangements, Celebria may use photographs, videos and other content from events for its portfolio, website, social media, marketing and promotional purposes.

Where a client has a specific restriction regarding the use of event imagery, this should be communicated to Celebria in writing before the event and will be subject to written confirmation.

20. Communication

Official commercial communication relating to quotations, pricing, payments, changes, additional requirements and booking terms should be made through Celebria.

Where third-party professionals are engaged for a booking, commercial or pricing requests should be directed to Celebria so that changes can be properly documented and coordinated.

21. Refunds

Any refund arising from cancellation, non-delivery, rescheduling or other circumstances will be determined according to:

  • — The cancellation and refund terms stated in the applicable quotation or booking agreement;
  • — Amounts already paid to third-party service providers;
  • — Non-recoverable costs incurred specifically for the booking; and
  • — Applicable law.

22. Liability

Celebria will make reasonable efforts to deliver the agreed services with due care and in accordance with the confirmed scope.

Celebria will not be responsible for losses, delays or failures arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control or from matters attributable to the client, venue or third-party service providers.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

23. Personal Information

Information provided through the website or during the wedding planning process may be used for purposes including:

  • — Responding to enquiries;
  • — Preparing quotations;
  • — Arranging services;
  • — Processing bookings and payments;
  • — Communicating about the wedding;
  • — Coordinating with relevant service providers;
  • — Providing customer support; and
  • — Other purposes described in Celebria's Privacy Policy.

The website may contain links or references to third-party websites, services or resources.

By submitting an enquiry, accepting a quotation, making a payment or confirming a booking with Celebria, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

Specific terms contained in a signed agreement, accepted quotation, booking confirmation or other written agreement relating to a booking will apply to that booking where they differ from these general website Terms & Conditions.

27. Changes to These Terms

Celebria may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be published on the website with the applicable effective date.

Changes will not retrospectively alter the agreed commercial terms of a confirmed booking unless required by law or otherwise agreed with the client.
